Superimposing: This is the workout I really need. I've been running for a little over six months and have begun to experience mechanical failure as I try to increase mileage much above 20 miles per week. The usual sore hips, knees and more recently my groin. Hopefully this routine three times per week will cure my ills. Fingers crossed. I've signed up for a road half in April '07.

bhikhu patel: Great video, instruction and i have started following this every morning so far.
I have been regular daily runner doing from 10miles and cut down to 8mile jog as i started developing Achilles pain running low into heal.
Hoping to get back to my normal jog soon as I miss it so much. If you have any other recommendation then do let me know. Thank you so much for this video.

Strabbs12345: Iam training for my 8th marathon, Iam 46 and well it shape so Iam doing 2 mile sprints to try, circuit and some leg excercises, this looks perfect for my Monday r st day workout at home! Cheers guys
