Dylan Mandolini: I really like how they did a dumbbell lat pullover to isolate the lats. I feel like most "dumbbell/at home" back workouts are incomplete because the person making the video doesn't know of an alternative exercise to substitute in place of pull ups or lat pulldowns. I love the stretch in my lats from this exercise..and I like pullovers cause it prevents your arms from dominating. I feel like my biceps and upper back tend to dominate in pull ups
